India is religious country and full of mysterious beliefs and rituals and traditions. There is no shortage of strange things being followed as traditions in different remote places in the country.
People all over have unique scary beliefs. One of such surprise is a unique place where people worship goat in the temple name (Bakara Temple).
This temple is one of its kinds and located in Rohaniya village under Barwara tehsil of Katni district in Madhya Pradesh.
As per reports, twelve years ago locals offered a goat to their mother goddess Jawala Mukhi for the prosperity of the village. Later they buried and built a statue in the garden where it died.
Since then, as the villagers believe, the village has developed. Villagers say, their village is developing and saved from all kinds of devils and bad omen after the sacrifice of the goat.
Since then this tradition is continuing for the prosperity of the village. Notably, it is the only such temple in the state.
