Sundergarh: About 19 women Bol Bom devotees sustained critical injuries after a truck rammed into the pick-up van they were travelling in near Gomadihi Monday evening.
The devotees hailing from Gadgadbahal village under Badagaon had gone to Ghoghar Dham in Rajgangpur to offer water to Lord Shiva on the last Monday of Shravan month Monday.
The mishap took place when they were on their way back from the temple to their village.
According to sources, the injured women were rushed to Rajgangpur Urban Heath Centre (UHC) and later 12 of them were shifted to the Rourkela Government Hospital.
