Keonjhar: A motorcyclist and a pillion rider were killed after their bike skidded off the Dhenkikote bridge under Ghatagaon police limits in Keonjhar district Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Nabakishore Singh, a resident of Sudha Nagar in Bangalore, while the identity of the other is yet to be known.
The two were going from Keonjhar to Ghatagaon on a motorcycle. The rider lost control while they were crossing the bridge at Ghatagaon and fell off.
Locals immediately rushed them to Ghatagaon Community Health Center (CHC) but the doctors declared them brought dead.
On being informed, the police reached the health center and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
