Bhubaneswar: Three persons were injured after a wall of a bakery collapsed on them at Jaleswar slum in Paiknagar area under Nayapalli police station limits here Friday morning.
The three were rescued and sent to Capital Hospital.
The Ramchandi Bakery wall caved in during the digging of a drain in the locality.
The contractor, Sudha, has been detained at Nayapalli police station, police sources said.
Mayor Anant Narayan Jena met the seriously injured labourer Bauri Swain at the hospital. He assured free treatment to all the three.
PNN
