Muzaffarnagar: Two people were killed and 11 seriously injured when a speeding truck collided with a car and a tractor on Karnal-Meerut highway in Shamli district, police said Saturday.
The incident took place last evening and two people, including the tractor driver, were killed and 11 were seriously injured, they said.
Later, the truck driver was arrested and his vehicle seized, they added.
