Bhubaneswar: KISS entered the quarterfinals of the Inter-School football tournament Friday registering an emphatic 4-0 victory over Central School, CRPF in a match at the Unit-VI High School Ground here. Kunaram Soren and Jagannath Soren scored a brace each for KISS.
Earlier the match between Government Unit-II HS and Ramakrushna HS ended in a 2-2 draw. Rakesh Mallick and Sujit Kumar Nayak scored for Unit-II while Sakti Ranjan Patnaik and Daitaram Soren struck for Ramakrushna.

Sunrise Club and Rovers Club registered convincing victories over their respective opponents in different matches of the FAO 1st Division football league here at the Barabati Stadium, Friday.
Sunrise Club rode on braces from Md Fayas (14th, 75th) and Ambika Lakra (23rd, 55th) to thump Radharaman Club 4-0.
In the other match of the day, two goals from Biju Oram (38th, 74th) and a 14th minute strike from Bijay Mukhi helped Rovers Club script an easy 3-0 victory against Radhagovind Club. The solitary goal for Radhagovind Club was scored by Md Irsad Alam on 17 minutes.

Saragada scraped past Kaa Gaon 2-1 in the first match on the third day of the Bolangir Football League at Bolangir, Friday. Jayant Seth and Manas Kumar scored a goal each for the winning team.
In other matches, HRD pipped Khaliapali by a solitary goal, Sudapada edged out FA by an identical margin, Timia defeated Dabakani 3-1 in tie-breaker, Benkara blanked Khaprakhol 2-0, Ghhuchepali trounced Mursingh 4-1 while Chudapali beat pipped Dangaghat 1-0.
