Post News Network, Bhubaneswar, March 30: Panasonic India hopes to achieve a market share of 12 per cent in AC segment this season, a top official of the company said.
“In this season we are targeting to achieve 12 per cent market share in the AC segment by introducing the technologically advanced products featuring AUTO-X, Nanoe-G with PM2.5 air purification, Inverter and econavi technologies,” divisional deputy managing director, AC Division, Panasonic India Suresh Bandi said.
Talking on the sales Bandi said the company is also eying a 20 per cent increase in the sales this season.
“We have always believed in offering our consumers products that can enhance their quality of life. We also give our consumers a varied choice of products to choose from,” Bandi added.
On the pricing of the AC products regional manager Panasonic India East Region Debshankar Basu said the price of the products varies from Rs24,990 to Rs67, 990.He also said Panasonic air conditioners are compliant with BEE Star rating and are available at 264 exclusive brand shops.
“The smart range of Panasonic Life conditioners comes loaded with technologically advanced features. With the new range of smart air conditioners, we are offering our consumers an array of products at competitive prices. The new range has been developed keeping in mind the needs of the consumers across cities including the Tier II and III regions which have been equally hit by early summers.” Basu added.
