Bolangir: Hundreds of locals of Titlagarh in Bolangir district, who as of late experienced flood-like circumstances, staged a blockade at No. 26 road in the town Sunday demanding relief.
The residents including women agitated on the bustling street by burning tyres and demanded assistance from the government. The agitators threatened to intensify their stir if their demands were not taken into consideration. Notably, incessant rainfall wreaked havoc in the district as reports of water-logging and inundation surfaced in Bolangir town and adjoining areas following heavy downpour.
