Bhadrak: The Bhadrak town police Saturday evening busted a sex racket operating from a rented accommodation in Dagamunda area and arrested two persons in this connection. The cops also rescued four women.
According to a source, four women were staying in a rented house in Dagamunda area. Local residents had been suspecting something unusual to be going on at the house. People had been visiting the house, more frequently during night hours.
After learning about a well-organised sex racket operating from the house; locals tipped-off the police following which a team of Bhadrak town police station conducted a raid at the house Saturday evening. They rescued the four women and arrested two customers.
The arrested customers were produced in a local court Sunday, it was learnt.
It was also learnt that a detailed investigation is underway to find out involvement of others in running the racket.
