A temple where even Gods and Goddesses are punished

There are many temples in our country, but some temples are famous because of their special practice and beliefs. Today we are going to tell you about a temple where devotees even punish the God and Goddesses.

You may find this strange, but it is real. This temple is in Keshakal Nagar under Bastar district of Chhattisgarh. The name of this temple is “Bhangaram Devi Temple”.

As punishment, the statues of gods and goddesses are expelled from the temple premises for six months and sometimes the expulsion might be lifelong. Apart from this, this sentence can also be “punishment-e-death”. Statues of the Goddesses who received the death penalty are disrupted there. In this way, the work of the god court is completed.

Similarly, villagers believe that the temple of the priest is possessed by the gods and goddesses. For any problems or crimes, villagers seek the advice of the temple priest.

Thousands of devotees come with their problem and seek help of the priests in solving their problems. Devotees also believe that the gods and goddesses punish the wrongdoers.

If someone has lost anything, then they seek the help of the priest, who helps them find the lost thing by revealing the name of people who have stolen it.
