Mumbai: ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ star Aamir Khan has said that he has not been affected by the failure of the film at the box office. In fact, he is not ready to blame director Vijay Krishna Acharya for the film turning out into a flop. Instead Aamir is now preparing to return to the sets from February onwards.
“I was also a part of the film. Whenever I sign up for a movie, I become a part of the team that is making it. Hence I am also a part of both success and failure… no individual should be held responsible,” Aamir has been quoted as saying by a vernacular daily. “In fact, it’s good to know what failure is like because I have not had a flop for a long time,” he has added.
Aamir has also said that at present he is relaxing and gorging, but will hit the gym soon to get back into shape. He has stated that he has four scripts to pick from and ‘all of them are very good’. However, he has been non-committal on both ‘Mahabharat’ and ‘Saare Jahan se Accha’. “The media will get to know what I am doing in due course of time,” he has said.
