An English teacher turns beggar! Here’s a painful story

India is a country where we find all kinds of people who may be going through difficult times. Despite many people being educated, they are not getting even two meals a day. A video is going viral on social media in which a boy helps an elderly woman who looks like a beggar but is not.

A recent incident on the internet garnered a lot of attention when a Chennai-based content creator shared the life story of a woman named Marilyn. Marilyn’s story is both tragic and inspiring. She could speak good English and said she was from Burma, Myanmar. She used to be a teacher and teach subjects like English, mathematics, and Tamil, but when she married an Indian man, she had to stay in India forever. Then, something very tragic occurred, and along with her husband and other family members, she passed away, leaving the 81-year-old woman alone in life.

In the video, she said, “We came here, later, they all died! So I have to beg for my stomach. I just beg.” These words touch the hearts of the listeners. After talking to Marilyn, the influencer promised to help her and asked her to make a video daily, and in return, I would pay. You don’t beg. Influencer Mohammad Ashiq shared the video and created an Instagram page named ‘English with Marilyn’. This page soon had more than five lakh, sixty thousand followers.
