Angul, Jan 31: Angul Warriors emerged champions in the JSPL Foundation Cup football tournament beating Patratu Panthers 3-1 in the final here  Saturday. Narendra Karmadi of the losing team was adjudged as the best player of the tournament.

In a fast-paced encounter, Angul were always the superior side creating a number of scoring chances. However, poor marksmanship in front of the goal let them down.
