These days the most expensive apartment in Asia is the news for a weird reason. The apartment, which is known as part of the 21 Borrett Road luxury residential project by Hong Kong tycoon Victor Li’s CK Asset Holdings, was sold for a record-breaking $59 million (HK$459 million) to an unidentified buyer Monday, as first reported by Bloomberg.
The apartment, located at 21 Borate Road Project, has been sold by the company of the famous Hong Kong businessman Victor Lee. It is not known who has bought this apartment.
Let me tell you, Hong Kong is famous worldwide for its luxury apartments. It comes with five bedrooms and various lavish amenities, including a swimming pool, a private terrace, as well as three parking spaces.
This apartment is constructed in 3378 sq. Ft. This apartment has been sold at a rate of HK$136,000 per square foot. i.e. approximately 12 lakh 80 thousand rupees per square fit.
