Milk is a white liquid produced by glands of mammals. The most commonly consumed types come from cows, sheep and goats.
Milk is abundant with health benefits as it has Calcium, Vitamin D, sources of potassium, vitamin A, magnesium, zinc and thiamine (B1).
However, the nutritional content of milk varies, depending on factors like its fat content and the diet and treatment of the cow it came from (10).

So, avoid these combinations
- Banana becomes sour after it enters the stomach. It will turn into heavy mucus-forming substance. The combination is also bad for weight loss because banana is 25 percent sugar. Milk also has sugar and will result in hike in insulin level.
- Fruits rich in vitamin C should never be teamed with milk.
- Milk and lemon or any citrus fruit together will lead to gas and heat burn. Some people fail to digest due to lactose present in the milk.
