Mushrooms: – Mushrooms grow in wet and soil, due to which there is a risk of infection in the rainy season. It would be better if you eat anywhere at home or outside in this season, do not make or order any dish of mushroom.

Fried food: – In the season where there is a risk of diseases, it is not appropriate to put too much burden on the digestive system. Fried food is rich and gets digested late, avoid it. However, in the rainy season, everyone likes to eat pakoras. If you also want, then make something at home and eat it occasionally but do not have deep fry outside at all.
