Baripada: A major fire broke out at Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College and Hospital in Mayurbhanj’s Baripada Friday, said a source.
According to the source, the fire broke out at the ICU and Gynecology department of the institution which are present on the third floor.
However, patients were shifted to safe places and no one was injured. On being informed, Fire Services personnel rushed to the spot and doused the flames.
What led to the fire breakout is not yet clear.
