Harm from tea-coffee, soda and alcohol:
By drinking these drinks, the blood capillaries of the body become narrow and the skin starts getting dry.
Capillaries reach other parts of the body and work to deliver oxygen, blood and water to number of cells in the skin. In this way the capillaries work between the arteries and the skin, which keeps the skin hydrated.
In such a situation, if you consume more of these drinks, then they reach the arteries of the body and they shrink the capillaries. These drinks reduce the supply of oxygen, nutrients, blood and water to the cells of our skin, due to which the skin becomes dry.
