Electing to bat, Ganjam could only muster a paltry total of 39 all out. Bhubaneswar A just took 5.5 overs to overhaul the target without losing a wicket with Sudarshan Swain (24 n o) and Gyanender Kumar (16 n o) taking them over the line.

Sreelata bags gold
Sreelata Ray of Puri secured a gold medal in the women’s category at the 28th National Mallakhamb Championships, which was organised by the Mumbai Mallakhamb Association in Mumbai, May 26-27. She will next participate in the International Mallakhamb Championships in Mumbai in February next year.
Ehsas eyes Asiad gold
Odisha taekwondo martial artist Ehsas Hota said Tuesday that he sets his eyes on gold medal at the Asian Games, which will be played in Jakarta (Indonesia) later this year. He is training under Indrajit Patnaik at the SAI Complex in Bhubaneswar.
“I will try my level best to win gold medal in Jakarta,” said the 20-year-old Sonepur lad. Ehsas, whose target is to bag the Olympics gold, trains for up to six hours regularly.
Ehsas had secured two gold medals, one in Kyorogi and the other in Poomsae categories, in the World Open Taekwondo Championships which was played at Rupandehi in Nepal, May 17-24. At the India level Ehsas has won gold medals in the National Taekwondo Championships at Delhi (2016), Karnataka (2017) and Chhattishgarh (2018).
