Berhampur: The BJD has fielded Bikram Panda as its MLA candidate from Berhampur Assembly seat. Bikram has started his election campaigning with full vigour.
On Friday morning, he started a big rally from Sukunda to Berhampur Municipality area. He had campaigned for votes in No 1 and No 2 wards in Berhampur civic body.
He also campaigned for BJD’s MP candidate Chandra Sekhar Sahoo.
Bikram has put in place a strong strategy to win the seat from Berhampur constituency. MLA Ramesh Chandra Chyau Patnaik, BJD leader Sanghamitra Dalai and many others joined his campaigning.
