August 28 is Deepak Tijori’s birthday. On this occasion, let us tell you some interesting stories related to him.

The character of Hero’s friend in Hindi film has always been very special. Deepak is expert in that character. Deepak wanted to be a hero but his career remained limited to a supporting actor.

Deepak in an interview said that he took acting as his career but was not getting work. It took him almost three years to meet producer. In the meantime, he used to work in a hotel. He got his first opportunity in the film Tera Naam Mera Naam (1988) and portrayed a minor character.

He tried his hand in direction too which include ‘Tom Dick and Harry’, ‘Fox’ and ‘Khamoshh… Khauff Ki Raat’. Unfortunately, all films flopped at the box office. Despite this, Deepak never gave up.

In 2017, Deepak’s wife Shivani Tijori kicked him out of his home. Shivani alleged that Deepak had extramarital affairs with other women. When Deepak reached out to his counsellor to take action on his wife, he came to know that Shivani married him without divorcing her first husband.

Hence Shivani and Deepak’s marriage was not legal. Shivani had asked Deepak for a maintenance allowance of Rs 1 lakh per month. Deepak and Shivani have a daughter named Samara Tijori.
