A source said the body of Rabindra Kumar Meher of Jagati village under Bausuni Police station in Boudh district was found hanging in the washroom of the jail by the jail inmates. Rabindra went to the washroom after taking dinner but did not return. Later some jail inmates found him hanging in the washroom.
