Boney Kapoor to hold puja with daughters ahead of Sridevi’s death anniversary

Sridevi’s first death anniversary is ahead, her family including her husband Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, will hold a puja for her barsi, a week before her death date.

According to reports, the puja will be conducted at Sridevi’s Chennai home February 14, and will be attended by Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.

Several members of the Kapoor khandaan are expected to attend the puja, including Boney’s two brothers Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor.

The actress passed away February 24 last year, due to accidental drowning in her hotel room in Dubai. Huge crowds of mourners carrying roses hit the Mumbai’s streets to embark last journey of Sridevi.

Janhvi Kapoor, who made her debut with Dhadhak in 2018, has often talked about the pain she feels and how she is still processing the shock. The 21-year-old has accepted that she has become closer to her half-siblings, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor, after her mother’s demise.
