Burla: At a time when all schools in the state remained closed following the Chief Minister’s call for extension of the summer vacation, the Burla Central School is an exception.
Classes in this school are on since June 1, and students faced with extreme heat conditions are having trouble attending to the classes. The parents Wednesday approached the school authority and complained of the students’ plight.
It is also learnt that some private schools in Chipilima are also conducting classes ignoring the government’s order. Locals have urged the education department to take action against schools that violated the government order.
