Like many normal mothers, top B-Town actresses have also gone through the pregnancy phase. However, many of them opted for C-section instead of normal delivery. Here’s a fun read on celebrities who opted for a caesarean delivery to welcome their bundle of joy.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra: Shilpa Shetty and businessman-husband Raj Kundra welcomed their first child, a baby boy, Viaan Raj Kundra in May 2012. To deliver Viaan, Shilpa went down the caesarean route.

Kareena Kapoor Khan: Begum of Hindi film industry, often adorably called as Bebo, Kareena Kapoor Khan married Saif Ali Khan in 2012. December 20, 2016, she delivered the most famous celeb kid, Taimur Ali Khan by opting C-section method.

Mandira Bedi: After 12 years of marital bliss, the Shaanti fame actress Mandira Bedi delivered her first child Vir through caesarean method with her long-time beau, Raj Kaushal on June 19, 2011.

Lara Dutta Bhupathi: Miss Universe 2000 and Hindi film actress, Lara Dutta got married to India’s tennis star, Mahesh Bhupathi in February 2011. Lara and Mahesh’s little munchkin, Saira Bhupathi arrived on this planet January 20, 2012. Lara opted for C-section to deliver Saira because of her position inside her mother’s womb.
