CM’s Koraput visit: Two projects to be unveiled,

Rayagada, August 29: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik would inaugurate two projects and lay foundation stones for four more during his visit to the undivided Koraput district August 31, officials said. The CM’s itinerary includes visits to Koraput, Rayagada, Bissamkatam and Jeypore, district administration sources said.
According to reports, Patnaik would visit Rayagada district after finishing his programme in Koraput. His copter would land on the helipad of JK Paper Mills here where he will have lunch. Later, Patnaik would fly to LV Prasad Eye Hospital at Pitamahal to inaugurate the hospital and come back to the town in helicopter.
After landing at Govindachandra Dev Playground, the Chief Minister will inaugurate a newly-built Sanskruti Bhawan near the collectorate. Besides, foundation stones for a 30-bed hospital, an air-conditioned auditorium and two other projects would be laid by the CM during his day-long visit to the undivided Koraput district.
The district administration is taking no chances to ensure smooth conduct of the CM’s programme in the Maoist-infested district, officials said.
