Mumbai: The first schedule of Salman Khan’s next ‘ Dabangg 3 ‘ is in the process however trouble began for the actor day one. The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has sent a notice to the actor for covering a Shivling during the shoot in Madhya Pradesh.
The department has ordered Salman and his crew to remove sets built inside Jal Mahal in Mandu. The notice states that the permit will be canceled, if the instructions are not followed with immediate effect.
It also states that the construction on the location is a violation of ancient monuments and archeological sites and remains Act of 1958.
The makers of the film are accused of damaging a unique idol. The incident took place during the shooting at a fort on the banks of the Narmada in Maheshwar town of Khargone district.
According to the witnesses, the idol in the fort was broken Sunday when the set of Bollywood movie was being removed. They also said that heavy objects were placed on the statue and one part of it was broken.
Madhya Pradesh’s culture minister Vijayalakshmi Sadho, who is MLA from Maheshwar, added, “We gave permission for shooting. If anything went wrong during the shoot, then the steps will be taken against the concerned people.
