Daringbadi: Odisha’s Kashmir Daringbadi witnessed sudden dip in temperature Wednesday morning with mercury dipping as low as 4 degree Celsius.
Intense conditions were also experienced at other places like Greenbadi, Lainpada, Saringirpi, Dikebadi and Kilabadi villages of Daringbadi block.
Meanwhile the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted that cold wave conditions are likely to prevail in Odisha at least till February 3.
This apart, it has also forecasted that temperature is likely to drop by 3-4 degree Celsius in Balangir, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Deogarh and Angul January 30 and 31.
Worth mentioning, December 30, Daringbadi froze at 3 degree Celsius with snowfall/frost formation happened at various places in the area.
