Dhenkanal: Dhenkanal Assembly constituency MLA Sudhir Kumar Samal tested positive for COVID-19 Monday afternoon. Samal shared the details about his health condition on the microblogging site Twitter. His personal security officer (PSO) has also tested positive for COVID-19.

“I am doing well, but as per the advice of doctors, I am in quarantine and under treatment,” Samal said on Twitter. He also requested those who have come in contact with him or his PSO over the past few days to isolate themselves and undergo COVID-19 tests, if necessary.
