Eat mangoes to boost immunity

Mango is known as the king of the fruits and favorite for humans. It is commonly known as “aam ras” which contain many vital vitamins and minerals essential for a healthy human body. Mangoes ranging from sweet to sour and hence their juices taste differently. Human are having this since 4000 years and grows mostly in tropical climate.

Cholesterol: Eating mangoes could help regulate your cholesterol levels too. The high levels of fibre pectin may help bring down the low-density lipoprotein (LDL or bad cholesterol) which causes plaques in the vessels and blocks blood flow.
