Employees made to crawl on busy road as punishment for not completing target

What is the worst thing that can happen if you fail to complete your targets at work? Your boss might be mad at you, you might get a long email about it or worst case scenario, your salary for the month won’t be the best.

Well, thank your lucky stars you do not work for this Chinese company who has taken discipline to the next level.

Recently, workers from a Chinese company were forced to crawl on the road as punishment for not completing their year-end targets. The staff crawled on a busy traffic road with a flag-bearer ahead of them, holding the company’s flag.

Thankfully, the crawling stopped once the police arrived at the spot. According to a report in the South China Morning Post, the company was temporarily shut down after the incident.

A video about the whole incident surfaced online and went viral within hours. In the video, it can be seen that the pedestrians were in shock after they saw the employees. After the video was posted online, the company received a lot of backlash and for good reason.
