Cuttack, Jan 16: Orissa eves emerged runners-up in the recently concluded All India Open Basketball Championships at the Ramachandrapur Basketball Complex in Andhra Pradesh. Orissa lost to hosts Andhra Pradesh 32-42 in the final and had to be satisfied with the second position. Skipper Sehnaz Begam was the highest scorer for Orissa with 15 points while Sibani Sahoo accounted for 12 points.
