More than 3 lakh cases of coronavirus infection are being reported daily in India. The sudden increase in COVID-19 cases has led to shortage of hospital beds, oxygen cylinders, medicines and other medical facilities.

Looking at the positive side, many people are also recovering from this dangerous virus. However, patients are still experiencing weakness after recovery, which is different from symptoms.

Patients who have recovered from COVID-19 should include these things in your diet.

Vegetables – Make sure that your diet includes different types of seasonal vegetables because seasonal vegetables have more vitamins and minerals which increase your energy.

Fruits – Include different fresh fruits like apple, pomegranate, papaya in your breakfast. If you do not like to eat fruit, then drink fresh fruit juice. This will help you to overcome your weakness.

Water – Drink plenty of need to stay hydrated while because right. You can also use coconut water, juice.

Warm milk – Before going to bed make sure to mix a pinch of turmeric in milk and drink it with warm milk. This turmeric milk will strengthen your bones.

Eat foods rich in anti-oxidants and proteins – Eating fruits like eggs, dairy products, fish, berry helps in speeding up the recovery process. In addition, vitamin C, multivitamins and zinc tablets should also be used as this will help in getting the toxins out of your body.
