Bhubaneswar: A huge fire broke out Friday morning in the restroom for passengers at the Bhubaneswar Railway Station.
Panic-stricken passengers noticed smoke coming out of the restroom and ran for their lives adding chaos to the situation. However, prompt intervention by the firemen prevented the fire from spreading. No casualties have been reported so far. Last reports stated that the fire has been doused.
Investigations are on to ascertain the cause due to which the fire started. Officials have also reached the spot to ascertain the damage it has caused and the loss of property. The place has also been sealed off.
Train services however, have not been disrupted.
