Follow these tips for a healthy morning

Not every morning is going to be perfect; at times one may feel that they aren’t making most of their day. Here are the things you must NEVER do in the morning if you want to get more done, have more focus, and be hyper-successful.

 

Don’t check Social Media

The first thing many people do in the morning is to check their social media  to get the latest gossip, and check things that which were missed yesterday but this can leave you feeling stressed. “Ignore your phone until you’re on your way out the door, when you’ve showered, dressed, eaten breakfast and your mind is more alert.”

 

Don’t drink coffee

Make your bed

But when you hit the snooze button you are subconsciously telling your big goals and dreams that they don’t matter. That leads to a lack of urgency in life, lower productivity, and frustration by the end of the day.

 

Twisting & Bending Your Body

It feels good to stretch your body out in the morning, but avoid anything too aggressive. Move gently right when you wake up to avoid any injuries.
