Former England captain Michael Vaughan took a cheeky dig at Team India ahead of their match against Bangladesh Tuesday. India copped a lot of criticism from commentators, pundits and fans after the way the team lost against England in their last match.
Chasing 338 for victory, MS Dhoni and Kedar Jadhav showed absolutely no intent in the death overs, took singles and played out dot balls instead of trying to hit the big shots as the team eventually lost by 31 runs and suffered their first loss of the tournament in seven matches.
Michael Vaughan Tuesday took replied to a tweet by Harsha Bhogle, who appreciated the way the West Indies fought till the very end against Sri Lanka in the 39th match of the tournament.
Got to love the West Indies. Even when the target is seemingly beyond reach, they keep going for it.
