Bhubaneswar: The state government Monday effected a major reshuffle in OAS cadre by transferring 11 officers. As per a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievances department, Sailendra Kumar Jena, presently posted as Joint Secretary in Sports & Youth Services department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary in Mission Shakti department. Similarly, the Joint Secretary in Health & FW department Mamata Barik has been moved as Joint Secretary to Odisha Livelihood Mission (OLM), Bhubaneswar.
Joint Secretary to Mission Shakti department Binod Kumar Jena has been transferred as Joint Secretary to Tourism dept and given additional charge as Joint Secretary in Odia Language Literature & Culture dept. Similarly, Puri Sub Collector Gopinath Kuanr has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Women & Child Development department. Suraj Kumar Pattnaik, former Sub Collector, Subarnapur UoT has been posted as Additional EO, Zilla Parishad, Bargarh. Owing to this, the posting of Suraj Kumar Pattnaik as Deputy Secretary to Sports & Youth Services department has been cancelled, said the notification. Hemasagar Bhoi, former Sub-Collector, Kuchinda, Sambalpur will now join in the GA & PG department as PA, ITDA, Kuchinda, Sambalpur.

Likewise, Surendra Meher, BDO, Sohela, has been transferred and posted as Additional Sub-Collector, Subarnapur. Manoranjan Sahu, GM (Social Projects), Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd, has been transferred and posted as a Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar. Manorama Jali, Additional Sub-Collector, Jajpur has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, SIRD, Bhubaneswar. Raj Kishore Jena, Dy Commissioner, BMC has been transferred and posted as SubCollector, Puri. Sunil Kumar Meher, tehsildar of Bolangir, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Collector, Patnagarh, Bolangir.
