‘Zero’ actress Anushka Sharma turns 31 today. Sharma, who made her debut opposite Shahrukh Khan in ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, has completed 10 years in the Hindi film industry.
The Ayodhya-born actress tied the knot with Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli in a secret wedding ceremony in Tuscany, Italy back in December, 2017.
If reports are to be believed, Anushka didn’t talk much about her personal life in front of media. It is also said that journalists were instructed to avoid asking personal questions during press conferences.
But in a recent interview, Anushka revealed a big secret about her wedding. She said to keep the wedding a secret and even provided fake names to the caterer. Anushka added, “We wanted a home style wedding. There were only 42 people in the ceremony. All family and friends as I did not want a big fat celebrity wedding. ”
“Virat sported the name ‘Rahul’,” said Anushka.
The couple tied the knot after dating for 4 years.Not only did they avoid telling anyone that they were dating each other, it was only after the pictures of their wedding surfaced on the internet that fans came to know about their marriage.
Anushka and Virat both are enjoying their personal lives. Not only this, India is going to play World Cup under the captaincy of Virat.
The star-couple are both in the prime of their careers. While Anushka continues starring alongside the likes of ‘King Khan’ in films, Virat will lead Team India in the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup.
