IAF’s jaguar aircraft crashes in Kushinagar, pilots safe

New Delhi/Kushinagar: An Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter aircraft Jaguar crashed in Kushinagar of Uttar Pradesh Monday.

However, pilots have been ejected safely.

The aircraft was in routine mission and had taken off from Gorakhpur air base.

Today morning, a Jaguar aircraft while on a routine mission from Gorakhpur, crashed. Pilot ejected safely, an IAF official said.

The fighter jet crashed in a field and caught fire immediately.

A court of Inquiry has been ordered to investigate the accident.
