Sri Lanka president Maithripala Sirisena Tuesday declared a day of mourning. The Sri Lankan authorities are planning to brief foreign diplomats and receive assistance in intelligence gathering from the FBI and other international intelligence agencies after it was revealed that warnings for an imminent attack were received weeks ago.
