Acidity– If you have gas or acidity then having jaggery will be beneficial. For this, you have to eat it by mixing jaggery, rock salt and high salt. By doing this you will get rid of sour belching.

Removes anemia – Jaggery is a great source of iron. If your hemoglobin is low, then eating jaggery daily will give immediate benefits as it increases the amount of red blood cells in the body.

Remove wrinkles– It is also effective in removing wrinkles from face. For this, mix a teaspoon of black tea, a teaspoon of grapefruit juice, a pinch of turmeric and a little rose water in 1 teaspoon of ground jaggery. After this apply this mixture on your face and wash it after 20 minutes.

Controls blood pressure– Jaggery also works to control blood pressure. Especially people suffering from high blood pressure should consume it daily.

Strong bones – Calcium and phosphorus are found in abundance in jiggery which is helpful in strengthening the bones of the body. For this, you have to eat ginger along with jiggery. Eating ginger with jaggery helps get rid of joint pain.
