Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2018 was released by IIT Kanpur Sunday. Those who appeared for the test are advised to check the results through the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
Pranav Goyal from Roorkee zone secured the All India Rank 1. Meenal Parakh from Delhi is the topper among girls while KVR Hemant Kumar Chodipilli from IIT-Kharagpur region took the seventh rank, official sources said.

Nearly 1,55,158 candidates had appeared for both Paper 1 and 2 in the JEE (Advance) 2018 for admission to the IITs. The test was conducted May 20, and 18,138 candidates have qualified for admissions.
This year, 11,279 seats are on offer at 23 IITs. The seat allocation process will commence June 15, reports said.
For the first time, JEE Advanced was held completely in the online mode.
The selected candidates will obtain admission to undergraduate courses, integrated masters or bachelor-master dual degree in engineering, sciences or architecture.
To access the results, the following steps need be followed.
Step 1: Go to the official website of the JEE advanced, jeeadv.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the link given on the home page.
Step 3: Enter the details in the required fields. eom
Step 4: See your results and rank lists there.
Step 5: Take a printout of the results.
