Kamal Haasan unveils Vikram’s 56th film Kadaram Kondan first look

Chennai: Tamil Superstar looks terrific in the first look poster of Kadaram Kondan that was unveiled Tuesday. Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan unveiled the first look poster of his next production, which has actor Vikram in the lead. The movie titled Kadaram Kondan features Vikram as a tattooed thug.

Earlier speculations were rife that the movie is a remake of Hollywood film Don’t Breathe. The filmmakers recently rubbished the rumors. But, the film is still said to be inspired by a Hollywood film, which the filmmakers are expected to reveal soon. The shooting of Kadaram Kondan is currently underway in Malaysia.

Vikram is a versatile actor, having won several awards in his long career including the National Award for Best Actor in 2003 for Pithamagan, Tamil Nadu State Government Award for Best Actor in 1999 for Sethu and in 2003 for Pithamagan. He was honored with the Kalaimamani award by the Tamil Nadu state government in 2004.

He also has the Gautham Menon directorial Dhruva Natchathiram lined up for release this year.

Kamal, on the other hand, will be completing Sabaash Naidu before going ahead with the Shankar directorial Indian 2, which is the sequel to Indian that released 22 years ago.

The actor-turned-politician also announced a sequel to his 1991 film Thevar Magan.
