New Delhi: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge Friday appointed party functionaries as AICC Secretaries and Joint Secretaries in different states, assigning them to work with the respective General Secretaries and In-charges with immediate effect.
Accordingly, Mohd Shahnawaz Choudhary has been appointed as the Secretary for Odisha, while Roselina Tirkey has been named Joint Secretary for Administration.
