Rayagada: A 15-ft-long king cobra was rescued by forest officials near Sesakhala police station in Rayagada district Monday. The serpent which came from the nearby forests entered the police station premises and was spotted by CRPF jawans posted there. A crowd assembled when a person from Rayagada reached the police station and rescued the serpent without harming it.
