Mumbai: In what may have turned into a bizarre experience, ex-couple Malaika Arora and her former husband Arbaaz Khan came face to face with each other with their respective partners during reception of newly-married couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone held Saturday in Mumbai.
While Arbaaz was accompanied by Georgia, Arjun Kapoor was followed by Malaika for the ceremony at the interval of few minutes. Incidentally, the two came in colour-coordinated outfits.
It so happened that Arjun Kapoor posed for shutterbugs minutes after Malaika Arora and then the two entered the venue.
According to a report, when Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora entered the venue, Arbaaz Khan, who had come with his girlfriend Giorgia Andriani, was busy chatting with Sophie Choudhary. While Malaika greeted the group, Arjun and Arbaaz ignored each other. Arjun walked past the group, while Arbaaz looked the other way.
Interestingly, all this while even after her divorce with ex-husband Arbaaz Khan, Malaika’s Instagram username remained Malaika Arora Khan. But now the Bollywood diva has finally dropped ‘Khan’ from her name on the photo-video sharing app.
Arjun Kapoor too has admitted in a recent episode of Koffee With Karan that he is not single and is open to marriage.
In fact, rumours have been rife that wedding is on the cards for Malaika and Arjun.
