Bargarh: A man and his son have been battling for their lives after consuming pesticides at Nuangad village near Sadar in this district Saturday morning.
The two have been identified as Parama Suna (60) and his son Budha Suna (30).
According to reports, the two took the extreme step when the other family members were not at home. They have been rushed to the Bargarh district hospital.
After preliminary treatment, the duo have been shifted to Burla VSS Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR). The condition of the two is stated to be critical.
While the exact reason was not yet known, the local residents suspected a family feud behind the act.
