The accused claims to be Bitu Biswas, a resident of Jajpur road.

According to the complaint lodged by the coordinator of Vyasanagar unit of Bajrang Dal Sushil Kumar Mallick, Biswas possesses two sets of identities – one showing him as a resident of Jajpur town and another as that of Murshidabad in West Bengal.

The Odisha Aadhaar card and voter ID card declares him as Bitu Biswas of Jajpur town and the other Aadhaar card and voter card in West Bengal identify him as Soleman Shaik, son of Abdul Salam in Murshidabad district of West Bengal.

The man in question had married a Hindu woman before Bhadrak Notary Public two years back. He had identified himself as Bitu Biswas and had also bought a motorcycle under this name. Curiously, he had married another woman from Murshidabad while identifying himself as Soleman Shaik and had bought an SUV under that name.
