Anandpur: A person died Friday evening at Ata under Ramchandrapur police limits in Keonjhar while kin had buried the body hurriedly. However, police suspected foul play.
Police rushed to the place along with a magistrate and exhumed the body. The body was sent to Ananadapur hospital for post-mortem.
Abhimanyu Nath(43), son of Babaji Nath of Ata village died Friday evening. His family members had buried the body.
However, police came to know that Abhimanyu had died under mysterious circumstances.
Family members asserted that Abhimanyu died from overdrinking, but police refused to buy it.
Ramanchanadrapur IIC Rajendra Prasad Swain said that the matter is under investigation.
After the post-mortem report was available, what happened to Abhimnyu will come out, he added.
