Bhawanipatna: A minor girl was killed after being hit by a pickup van at Tileimal village near Narla in Kalahandi district Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Urmila Sahoo. The mishap took place when the girl was crossing the road.
The villagers and family members blocked the Bhawanipatna-Narla road demanding compensation.
